  • Maze Runner: Death Cure (4.8/10)

This movie was awful. It seemed too forced. I thought the first movie in this series was great and the second movie was bearable. This movie just took the series down and the movie was hard to get through.

  • 12 Strong (5.9/10)

This is your classic War movie that is highly entertaining. Chris Hemsworth does a good job I just think there are better war movies out there to watch if you are in the mood such as 13 Hours, Zero Dark Thirty, American Sniper, Lone Survivor, and the Hurt Locker.

  • The First Purge (6.6/10)

Lots of killing, crazy people, and the plot was amazing, but the execution was not great. This was a great storyline showing how the first annual purge started since this was the 4th movie created. The 1st movie was by far the best and highly recommended. The others are all decent and worth watching if you enjoyed the first movie. This is the 4th movie even though it depicts the first purge, fans should still watch it last.

  • Sicario: Day of the Soldado (4.7/10)

I watched this movie with my friends, besides the first 10 minutes, we were all nearly falling asleep and checking the time since it was so hard to get through. Boring. The first Sicario is a little better, but not great.

  • Venom (7.2/10)

I am a big fan of Venom. I thought the movie played out nicely and went the way the viewer wanted it to go. The humor made the movie and was unexpected going in. The animation was really well done. I recommend watching this if you have the time but there are some better Marvel movies out there.

  • Escape Room (6/10)

I gave this movie a flat 6. It was interesting to see if you have participated in an escape room or know of what they are like in real life. When watching this movie, it felt like I was getting a mix of the movie The Cabin in the Woods and the movie series Saw (especially the 2nd movie). The features were great, the cast was decent, and the plot was interesting enough to keep watching. Wouldn't be surprised if this became a series like the Saw movies.

  • Tag (6.8/10)

This movie surprised me and went above my expectations. The fact this it is a true story made the movie 2x better knowing this is how a group people reacted to a game of tag. It is a stellar cast where I thought all the characters played their roles well. This movie is recommended but not the first option.

  • Arctic (4.6/10)

I would avoid watching this movie unless you are so bored to the point that you need something to fall asleep. It was too unrealistic, and there were only a few sentences spoken the entire movie. When it says for a genre that it is Thriller/Drama, it's only a drama. In the end, you realize this movie was not worth my time and way too dramatic.

  • Aquaman (3.9/10)

What a trash-ass movie. Jason Momoa has got to stick to scripts like Game of Thrones where he doesn't have many lines. Bad acting all around. Watch a Marvel Movie instead.

  • Instant Family (6.1/10)

This was a solid movie that had funny, sad, and happy moments throughout the movie like a rollercoaster. I would recommend this movie to parents or younger children. I would not watch it again because it's a bit childish, but still good.

  • The Prodigy (6.6/10)

I had low expectations going into this movie since it was not scored well and in the horror genre. Surprisingly, I liked it a lot and had a story that was worthwhile to watch rather than the way some horror films go down a path of complete nonsense. If you like horror, but more thriller, I recommend this movie.

  • Cold Pursuit (5.3/10)

Decent action. Typical Liam Neeson movie where he can fight given no previous record of learning how to. The plot was confusing at times and seemed the main point of the movie slipped away at certain points. I wouldn't watch this movie again.
