Spiral (7.5/10)

Seeing Chris Rock in a serious role was new for me. His acting was strong in this action-packed film. I have seen all the Saw movies and this one feeds into the legacy of the madman, John Kramer. Comparing my view to the Rotten Tomatoes score, I agree more with the audience score that this is a film worth watching if you know anything about the Saw movies and understand the purpose behind each gory incident.
