  • Rust Creek (6.6/10)

Solid movie. Pretty basic in terms of interest. The acting was well done and felt like a quick movie. Definitely on the radar to watch.

  • Annabelle Comes Home (6.5/10)

This is a high score for a horror movie. A bunch of scares but not much happened as most were fake jump scares. The plot was interesting enough to keep the audience watching. A top choice in the Conjuring series which is now getting a little too long. Also, it is distracting that they use the same actors from other horror series such as the father from in the Insidious movies and the mother from American Horror Story.

  • Book Smart (6.7/10)

Severely overrated. Cast reminded me of 15 year-olds and not students about to graduate high school. Lots of awkward moments that weren't even that funny. If you want to watch a comedy I recommend Good Boys instead.

  • Villains (6.8/10)

Odd, short movie. Was above average and entertaining enough. Worth seeing if you have the time and don't mind watching disturbing movies. The cast was great overall. All in all, a solid film.

  • El Camino (7/10)

I thought the movie was good but seemed like an awkward add on at some times as it correlated so much to the show. Some scenes were a little too slow. Aaron Paul did a great job and the rest of the supporting cast was decent as well. This film was unreal in the faulty of the camerawork. Worth watching if you are a breaking bad fan but doesn't live up to the show.

  • Avengers: Endgame (8.9/10)

Not only did Avengers Endgame meet expectations, the movie broke records within the first weekend. I don't normally give crazy high scores but after watching the previous 21 marvel movies, Endgame ties major plot points together in the end. In order for the score to be this high, I felt a viewer must watch all 21 movies beforehand to get the true emotion of how the past ten years have been with the Marvel Universe. https://www.cnbc.com/video/2019/04/29/avengers-endgame-just-shattered-multiple-box-office-records.html

  • Glass (6.5/10)

After watching Split, the movie seemed to disappoint as M Night Shyamalan movies are known to have high expectations. Many fans of Split went into the movie not knowing they must watch Unbreakable beforehand to get a better knowledge of the characters. http://time.com/5504533/glass-ending-explained/

  • A Star is Born (7.5/10)

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga take you on a deep-rooted and personal journey into the music industry. A Star is Born is worthy of the hype it has received. Whenever there is a "drama romance" it receives great recognition. The fact that Bradley Cooper directed and starred in the film had a huge impact on why I went to view the movie. https://www.npr.org/2018/09/14/647491779/bradley-cooper-on-the-personal-story-behind-a-star-is-born

  • Captain Marvel (5.8/10)

Captain Marvel did well in the box office like all the Marvel movies are guaranteed these days. Captain Marvel offered a different way of going back in time and seeing where SHIELD started from the beginning in the Marvel Universe. To me, Captain Marvel seemed too powerful and made it seem as if the other characters in the movies before her are useless in battle compared to her. I thought the comedic attributes of the movie were spot on, but it did not feel like a Marvel movie when I was watching it. https://www.forbes.com/sites/scottmendelson/2019/04/28/box-office-captain-marvel-tops-wonder-woman-as-avengers-slams-shazam/#3bb5db40435c

  • Creed II (5.5/10)

Creed II offered the exhilaration of a boxing movie, but seemed too cheesy and unrealistic. As stated by a movie critic who I felt shared the same remarks, "If you did love the first Creed, I’m sorry to say this, but you were right to be worried: Creed II, as helmed by The Land director Steven Caple, Jr., is not a worthy successor to Coogler’s film, and it’s a tremendous, bloated bummer." I felt the movie took a huge fall after watching the first and it's hard to say now but they should have not made a 2nd Creed movie.

  • Mission Impossible Fallout (7.8/10)

This movie ties up the series and has some great action scenes featuring the famous Tom Cruise run. The plot was simple and gave the audience a good experience even if they have not seen the movies before.

  • Rampage (2.2/10)

Whenever The Rock is in a movie, it's hard to watch. He has some movies that stand out, but not many that are worth watching and that includes this movie. Horrendous.
