I could not have watched a worse acting performance. Nicholas Cage and the rest of the actors made this unbearable to get through. Not worth anyone's time. "Ashley and her daughter turn to Matt, her estranged beach bum father, to help escape a ruthless crime boss."

I see the brilliance in the acting but this romance, musical was not my type of film. I just wasn't educated on the history and conducting I don't know much about. I think for the right audience this is a winner but for me it was below average with great acting performances. "American conductor Leonard Bernstein falls in love with Costa Rican actress Felicia Montealegre."

I was surprised at how entertained and invested I was after watching the first movie. Some of the movies were below a 7.5 and one or two were higher so I gave a score of 8.0 for the series. While the acting was poor in the beginning, you can see the actors hone their skills by the end. I feel a generation behind finally watching this movie series but it felt like I missing out on movie history. This series grossed $5.8 billion dollars and I wouldn't be surprsied if they tried to recreat this in the next 50 years. "Bella and Edward fall in love, but their love story is complicated by the fact that he is a vampire and she's a human."

I loved this movie. I think it is a great story and was executed well and gave you a good feeling in the end. It is a story that goes under the radar in racing and a concept I didnt know existed. A stacked cast as well. "The true story of a team of unlikely underdogs -- a working-class gamer, a former race-car driver, and an idealistic motorsport executive -- who risk it all to take on the most elite sport in the world."

I have not been a fan of the newest Marvel films but this one was solid overall. The acting could have used some work but I was entertained! "Jaime Reyes suddenly finds himself in possession of an ancient relic of alien biotechnology called the Scarab. When the Scarab chooses Jaime to be its symbiotic host, he's bestowed with an incredible suit of armor that's capable of extraordinary and unpredictable powers, forever changing his destiny as he becomes the superhero Blue Beetle."

I felt this movie was solid but could have been amazing had it been executed properly. It seemed in every chapter they showed, we were left on a cliff hanger and suspense, where in the end you were left unsatisfied. Most of the movie was a build up with good suspense but the ending didn't pan out the way I wanted. " A family vacation on Long Island is interrupted by two strangers bearing news of a blackout. As the threat grows, both families must decide how best to survive the potential crisis, all while grappling with their own place in this collapsing world."

What you would expect from a movie dealing with switches in bodies that is PG. Not the best acting, not the best plot, entertaining enough for me not to skip, and a heartfelt ending that you knew was going to happen. "When family members switch bodies with each other during a rare planetary alignment, their hilarious journey to find their way back to normal will bring them closer together than they ever thought possible."

A crime/drama starring Justin Timberlake. It started off strong and slowly got more boring. Not worth a watch. Ending was obvious and simple. "Following the brutal murder of a young real estate agent, a hardened detective attempts to uncover the truth in a case where nothing is as it seems, and, by doing so, dismantles the illusions in his own life."

This was just ridiculous movie I watched on the plane. It was all in Spanish. "Fleeing a totalitarian country, pregnant Mia must fight for her life when a violent storm knocks the container in which she has been hiding overboard. Trapped, Mia gives birth and is forced to survive to save her baby."

This was a thriller/action movie starring Michael Fassbender on Netflix that got some pretty high reviews. I thought it was mediocre. It was a lot slower than I would have liked. I liked the narration aspect, it was a cool twist. Overall, it was entertaining and might be worth watching if you are craving a new action movie. Nothing special though. "Solitary, cold, methodical and unencumbered by scruples or regrets, a killer waits in the shadows, watching for his next target. Yet, the longer he waits, the more he thinks he's losing his mind, if not his cool."

A slow moving romance/drama with one of my favorite actors Riz Ahmed. The acting was 10/10. The plot was was interesting but so slow that it felt annoying to get through. "Anna and Ryan have found true love, and it's proven by a controversial new technology. There's just one problem, as Anna still isn't sure. Then she takes a position at a love testing institute and meets Amir."

The action severely carried this score. The plot was interesting enough but the acting and dialogue was horrendous. The action is what made the movie for me and was impressive as for a typical MI film. I seem to always be comparing these to the Bond movies year in and year out and feel they always fall short to the Bond golden standard. It was a little long for a part one of a movie and at the end it seemed they could have finished everything in one movie but im sure they just want to make more money with a part two. "Ethan Hunt and the IMF team must track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity if it falls into the wrong hands. With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, a deadly race around the globe begins. Confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than the mission -- not even the lives of those he cares about most."
