Waves (8.8/10)

Another drama, going back to back. This isn't a watch for most people either since its another slow emotional burner. I liked it a bit more than Beautiful Boy and the acting was superb. It was an emotional and sad film. I really liked how it was filmed, it was almost three different storylines connected to one plot. "The epic emotional journey of a suburban African American family as they navigate love, forgiveness and coming together in the wake of a tragic loss."
