I’m a huge fan of this 2025 comedy/thriller, and of Lee Byung-hun in particular. I’m also a big admirer of director Park Chan-wook, known for films like Decision to Leave and Oldboy, and this is another strong showcase of his style. The film is entirely in Korean, but it’s absolutely worth the watch. What starts as a relatively simple premise quickly evolves into something far more layered and compelling. Park takes familiar ideas and elevates them with a sharp direction. The violence can get quite dark at times, but it never feels excessive for the story being told. Overall, this is a must-watch—especially for fans of character-driven thrillers with an edge."When a man is abruptly laid off by the paper company where he has worked tirelessly for many years, he grows increasingly desperate in his hunt."
