My Old Ass (8.0/10)

Good film but nothing crazy. Its rotten scores were 91% critics / 89% audience so I had high expectations. It was too quick of a film and too surface level to give a higher score than the 8s range. "An 18th-birthday mushroom trip brings Elliott face-to-face with her wisecracking 39-year-old self. When the older Elliott starts handing out warnings about what her younger self should and shouldn't do, she realizes she has to rethink everything about family, love, and what's becoming a transformative summer."
