Leave the World Behind (7.3/10)

I felt this movie was solid but could have been amazing had it been executed properly. It seemed in every chapter they showed, we were left on a cliff hanger and suspense, where in the end you were left unsatisfied. Most of the movie was a build up with good suspense but the ending didn't pan out the way I wanted. "

A family vacation on Long Island is interrupted by two strangers bearing news of a blackout. As the threat grows, both families must decide how best to survive the potential crisis, all while grappling with their own place in this collapsing world."
