Creed III (8.5)

As a huge fan of the Creed series, my expectations were matched with this film. Recommended watching on high volume in a dark room for the full atmosphere of the crowd. The storyline was a twist but worth the watch. Not as good as the first Creed but better than the second. I only wish they executed the the emotional scenes better. They didn't let the audience connect with the characters and I thought that could have made an impact in my scoring. "Still dominating the boxing world, Adonis Creed is thriving in his career and family life. When Damian, a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy resurfaces after serving time in prison, he's eager to prove that he deserves his shot in the ring. The face-off between former friends is more than just a fight. To settle the score, Adonis must put his future on the line to battle Damian -- a fighter who has nothing to lose."
