The beginning of the film is around a 5 rating and later it becomes a 9 rating. The first half of the movie is hard to get through but builds up for the end. Harry Styles did a surprisingly good job and Florence Pugh is becoming one of my favorite female actresses after Midsomer, Little Women, Black Widow, and Outlaw King. "In the 1950s, Alice and Jack live in the idealized community of Victory, an experimental company town that houses the men who work on a top-secret project. While the husbands toil away, the wives get to enjoy the beauty, luxury and debauchery of their seemingly perfect paradise. However, when cracks in her idyllic life begin to appear, exposing flashes of something sinister lurking below the surface, Alice can't help but question exactly what she's doing."

"Ladybug is an unlucky assassin who's determined to do his job peacefully after one too many gigs has gone off the rails. Fate, however, may have other plans as his latest mission puts him on a collision course with lethal adversaries from around the globe" This was entertaining but nothing more than a plane movie to waste some time. It is a cool concept just not executed very well and too silly for my liking.

"Finney Shaw is a shy but clever 13-year-old boy who's being held in a soundproof basement by a sadistic, masked killer." I thought the movie was great except it slowed down a bit in the middle. The beginning build up of suspense was there and the ending was what made the movie. However, scenes in the middle didn't keep my attention fully and wish they added something different. Not as scary as I thought it would be either.

"After more than 30 years of service as one of the Navy's top aviators, Pete "Maverick" Mitchell is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him." I thought this surpassed the first Top Gun. I enjoyed the storyline more and sometimes I get annoyed by Tom Cruise's acting but it didn't feel so cringey this time around. I thought the planes and how they were able to film the air combat scenes was exhilarating and not executed well in most movies I have seen up to date.

Almost the worst movie in the world if it weren't for the acting. This Norwegian film won a lot of awards in 2021 such as best actress. It is a romance drama about "a young woman who battles indecisiveness as she traverses the troubled waters of her love life and struggles to find her career path." I thought it was boring and very hard to get through. It shows more realistic lives in a romance film, the ups and downs, and the struggles.

Very average film to watch on the plane. "Involuntarily discharged from the Army, a special forces sergeant lands a contract with a private underground military force. When his very first assignment goes awry, the elite soldier finds himself hunted and on the run, caught in a dangerous conspiracy and fighting to stay alive" There were some twists and turns throughout this film which made it worth watching and kept me entertained. Not something to put on your list.

"They climb 2,000 feet to the top of a remote, abandoned radio tower, they find themselves stranded with no way down." Not worth it all. Very bland movie with horrible acting performances. Not sure how the reviews were pretty high.

This was probably one of the scariest movies I have seen. Definitely recommend only if you enjoy Horror films. Just when you think you know what’s happening, the movie takes a fork in the road. "A young woman discovers the rental home she booked is already occupied by a stranger. Against her better judgment, she decides to spend the night but soon discovers there's a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest."

This was a spinoff of the Toy Story Series serving as an origin story of the fictional test pilot/astronaut Buzz Lightyear toy. I thought it was a cool concept to base the movie off of the toy character. However, I found it to be too cheesy for me.

"In 1961, a 60-year-old taxi driver steals Goya's portrait of the Duke of Wellington from the National Gallery in London. He sends ransom notes saying that he will return the painting if the government invests more in care for the elderly." It is a comedic drama, mixed with mystery elements. A film worth watching that has flown under the radar.

Very above average film if you like a mystery mixed with horror and comedy. Pete Davidson had a role in this short film that gave it a lot of recognition. "When a group of 20-somethings gets stuck at a remote mansion during a hurricane, a party game gone very, very wrong ends with a dead body on the ground and fake friends at every turn as they try to find the killer among them." It starts off a little misleading wondering if it is worth your time but the ending is worth the time.
