A slasher film that compares most to Scream but not close to that level. The ending I didn't love and it seemed they could just make stuff up at the end and nothing really tied together like it should have. I wasn't too impressed but it kept me entertained. Solid action as expected but Marvel has fallen off a cliff and I think this wraps it up for me. I'm done and won't be watching future films unless they have parts of the original cast. This Steven Soderbergh film was highly acclaimed by critics, receiving a 97% Rotten Tomatoes score. I thought it was quite boring. It had a good concept going but it didn't land for me. This had a great audience score and a poor critics score on rotten tomatoes. I sway more towards the audience score as I enjoyed the plot and storytelling of Mufasa. I was surprised at how much I liked this film. In the beginning I wasn't quite into it but as the movie got further along I more so understood the comedic aspect. It is a silly comedy that had a good agenda. SZA and Keke Palmer did a solid job, nothing crazy. It is prob under "dumb comedies" for me which I enjoy. Other dumb comedy favorites: Jump Street films, Superbad, etc but not quite on those level.

This new horror movie wasn't too special to me. By the end, I felt a lot didn't happen. It had some good scenes here and there. A 2015 Drama/Romance starrin Saoirse Ronan. I have not watched many films that she stars in and it seems I have been missing out. Her performance was 10/10. A cool concept for a movie and for fans of SNL, this is a good watch. It was nothing groundbreaking to me but I was entertained. A good 2008 mystery starring Matt Dillon and Kate Beckinsale. There were so many character that you dont like in this film but that just showcased the great acting. I am not quite sure if this is a true story but I doubt it. Great acting and a cool viewpoint through the lens of ABC news but I wish they shared more about the story and not just the view through broadcasting crew. Half of the movie was giving instructions to a different person which I didn't love. It got really high reviews which I don't totally agree with. Again, the acting and story angle were both great, just felt it was lacking a piece. " During the 1972 Munich Olympics, an American sports broadcasting crew finds itself thrust into covering the hostage crisis involving Israeli athletes."

This is Bong Joon Ho highly anticipated since Parasite starring Robert Pattinson. The concept of this movie was something new and awesome. The acting was phenomenal. It is really futuristic which I love so you may not like it as much if you aren't a fan of the genre. It also has elements of a thriller/drama/suspense/comedy/satire. One element that's already making headlines is the satire aimed at Trump. While the humor was undeniably sharp and amusing, I felt it detracted from the film’s overall message. The satire, though effective in some ways, seemed a bit out of place and took away from the deeper layers of the story. That said, it was still funny and the film executed its political commentary well. It was a unique cinematic experience, blending humor and depth in a way that challenges audiences. Whether you love or dislike the film will likely depend on your tolerance for its genre and the political satire that punctuates it.
